Our program consultants are here to find you the best speaker to fully satisfy your agenda. This group of highly trained professionals specializes in matching audiences with the right speaker, all the while working within your budget. We listen to your needs and assist you in the decision making process.
Hard-to-Find-Speakers
We realize that some speakers are hard to find so High Quality Speakers Bureau has developed a premium service aimed at helping you identify and secure hard-to-find speakers. This includes speakers who are experts on highly specialized topics, speakers who are actively employed in major corporations or government agencies, and high-profile speakers who do not accept honoraria or speaking fees. Since most speakers that do not accept honoraria do not have a set speaking fee, a flat charge is assessed to cover time and cost spent in qualifying and securing these speakers.Event Management
You are assigned a Personal Event Manager who will work with you to coordinate all speaker logistics, including on and off-site management. Your event manager acts as a liaison between you and your speaker, providing a variety of services from developing itineraries to managing book purchases and signings.
Discounts on Books
You can pre-buy books at large discounts and have the author sign bookplates in advance of your meeting. High Quality Speakers Bureau will manage all logistical arrangements including shipping and handling. We also have relationships with book distributors to provide a large selection of speaker titles and other related titles. As our speaker roster builds, our clients will be able to simply search on the web for their favorite speaker and view their books listed on their bio page.
Videoconferencing
Videoconference and satellite technology has made it possible to bring leading thought leaders and speakers to your meeting when personal appearances are either not affordable or possible. Speakers by Satellite
High Quality Speakers Bureau can arrange television studios and downlinks to broadcast to single or multiple sites from almost any location helping you reach a larger audience. In addition to the speaking fee, expenses for satellite broadcasts include television studio rental, transmission charges, equipment rental, and professional management.
Online Audio and Video
HQSB Web site provides you with access to more than 160 of the world's best speakers. Clients have the ability to search for speakers by name, topic, keyword, fee range, location, or book titles. Online features in 2008 will include the ability to preview speakers in real time with Online Video and Online Audio features.
Preview Videos
Our Video Library includes tapes from our top speakers. We are happy to send VHS tapes or CDs with speaker footage to you at your request. In most instances, we can ship tapes or CDs for next business day delivery. Features coming 2008.
