Client Service Representative
We are looking to hire high energy self-starters to assist our Agents with sales, administrative duties, customer service, and research for our speaker's bureau and management business. Applicants will have an interest in current events, including headline news, multicultural communities, business trends, sports, and pop culture.The ideal candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, be well organized, computer literate and able to manage multiple projects. After gathering event information, representatives coordinate all logistics related to speaking engagements and communicate comprehensive event information to all parties. They build relationships and act as liaisons to clients, host organizations, speakers, vendors and internal departments. Representatives have such a major role in executing the event that they make themselves available 24/7 to clients and speakers assigned to their care. Advancement to Agent is a possibility for the right person.
