Clarence V. Reynolds is the assistant director at the Center for Black Literature at Medgar Evers College, CUNY, in Brooklyn, New York. He is also an independent journalist and editor, and a staff writer for The Network Journal. He has also worked for several publications, including Black Issues Book Review and Discover magazine. He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, and currently lives in New York City.
