Transracial Adoptions: Yes? No?

The debate continues over transracial adoptions. CNN addressed both sides in a recent piece on its Web site:

"When handled well, transracial adoption is 'a very positive thing,' says Rita Simon, who has been studying these adoptions for 30 years and has written 65 books, including Adoption, Race & Identity: From Infancy to Young Adulthood.

The debate continues over whether school-based drug testing is necessary. Critics say it’s expensive, unfair and counterproductive. Supporters suggest it may be the single most important step to reducing drug dependency among teens. Should random drug testing be done in schools? If so, at what level should it begin?
