According to the latest Gallup Poll, President Obama's "disapproval" rating is at an all-time high.

"During the week of Aug. 16-22, President Obama’s average approval was 43 percent and his average disapproval was 50 percent. This marked both Obama’s lowest average weekly approval rating in the Gallup poll and his highest average weekly disapproval rating."

What does the president need to do to improve his ratings in the polls?

"When handled well, transracial adoption is 'a very positive thing,' says Rita Simon, who has been studying these adoptions for 30 years and has written 65 books, including Adoption, Race & Identity: From Infancy to Young Adulthood.
